Ordinary naturalisation in Geneva: tailored support, right through to the final decision
Living in Geneva and looking to become Swiss through ordinary naturalisation? Easy Naturalisation supports you from A to Z, with 100% satisfaction.
Ordinary naturalisation is open to anyone residing in Switzerland who wishes to draw on their background and integration to obtain Swiss nationality. It is the most common procedure — and also the most demanding: it relies on numerous cantonal and federal conditions, and a single missing document can delay your file by several months.
In Geneva, the process takes on average 18 to 36 months, from putting together your file to your commune's decision. Easy Naturalisation supports you every step of the way so this timeframe doesn't turn into an ordeal.
Our support
Verification of your eligibility
We check whether you meet the conditions set out by Geneva cantonal law and federal law, before you even submit anything — to help you avoid an avoidable refusal.
Building and preparing your file
We help you fill in the forms correctly and check every document before submission, to ensure a complete file from the very first submission.
Writing your naturalisation essay
One of the first key steps: a personal essay detailing your ties to Switzerland and your place of residence. Our team supports you in writing it, in line with your commune's expectations.
Preparation for the exam and interview
You will be assessed on your integration, civic knowledge and motivations. We prepare every topic that might come up with you, drawing on our hands-on experience in Geneva.
Follow-up until the decision
We stay by your side from day one until your commune's final decision.
