Easy Naturalisation was born from the meeting of a teacher passionate about integration and a lawyer specialising in Swiss law, united by the desire to simplify the naturalisation journey.

Easy Naturalisation is the result of a collaboration between Sébastien Ratcliff, a historian and teacher specialising in Swiss history and citizenship, and Léo Lécureux, a lawyer currently completing his bar qualification.
Sébastien discovered the complexity of the naturalisation process through his own parents' experience. This reality, combined with his academic background and teaching experience, drove him to create clear and accessible support.
Léo, with his legal expertise and several years of experience supporting individuals, brings mastery of the Swiss legal and administrative framework. Together, they offer comprehensive support, combining teaching skills and legal rigour.

Easy Naturalisation
Sébastien Ratcliff
Holder of a Master's degree in Swiss history, I taught history, geography and citizenship in Geneva for three years.
I discovered the issue of naturalisation and the complexity of the journey it involves within a family context. My mother, naturalised a few years ago, had to deal with the many administrative steps as well as the knowledge requirements involved in this long and often technical procedure.
My father, for his part, was long discouraged by the administrative burden of the process and did not dare undertake such a step on his own. Today, I personally support him throughout his naturalisation journey, taking charge of the follow-up and organisation of the various steps.
This personal experience, combined with my training and teaching experience, convinced me of the importance of offering clear, structured and accessible support to those who wish to become Swiss citizens.
Léo Lécureux
Holder of a bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in law as well as a specialisation certificate in advocacy, I am currently registered on the cantonal register of trainee lawyers with a view to obtaining my bar qualification.
With several years of experience providing legal support to individuals, I offer personalised, solution-oriented expertise.
Given the complexity of the Swiss legal and administrative system, I will represent you throughout all or part of your naturalisation procedure so that the legal conditions are not an obstacle.
