Analysis of eligibility conditions
Easynaturalisation's lawyers examine whether you meet the eligibility conditions for Swiss naturalisation set out by cantonal and federal law.
Why check before submitting
Numerous conditions
Acquiring Swiss citizenship requires meeting a large number of conditions, based on multiple laws and ordinances. A prior analysis of your eligibility ensures you submit a complete application.
A non-refundable fee
A fee of several hundred francs must be paid when the application is submitted. This fee is retained by the State regardless of the decision, even in the event of non-admission.
The risk of non-admission
If certain conditions are not met, the naturalisation office will immediately issue a decision of non-admission.
Common reasons for non-admission
- Receipt of social assistance within the last 3 years
- Debts totalling more than CHF 1,500
- Overdue tax payments (regardless of the amount)
These elements are checked when the naturalisation application is registered.
What the offer includes
- Analysis of your personal situation
- Verification of cantonal and federal legal criteria
